1. DEMAND FOR PUBLIC NOTICE OF JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATIVE RULE 2.160 TO BE POSTED AND INCLUDED IN NOTICE OF APPEARANCE AND ANY AND ALL STIPULATIONS PROVIDED TO THE PUBLIC.

2. DEMAND IS MADE UPON THIS COURT FOR FULL DISCLOSURE PERTAINING TO OWNERSHIP AND/OR FIDUCIARY INTEREST OF ALL JUDGES, ATTORNEYS AND ALL PUBLIC SERVANTS, RELATED TO JAILS, ANNEXES AND DRIVING SCHOOLS.

This demand is delivered upon you under the Administrative rules of the Whistle-blower's Act pursuant to chapter 112.

All response to this demand is mandatory and is to be made forthwith. Discovery will be posted for public scrutiny on www.polkcountycorruption.com
