Apparently, the judge in this case refused to allow public attendance as he wanted no witnesses to his illegal actions. The petitioner, who has been abused by the court system and legal system in Polk County for several years, discovered the rule that allows judicial proceedings to be video and audio taped. When this document was presented, the judge stepped down.
